This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who loves practicing medicine but is also excited about mentoring others, shaping hospital culture, and having a voice in how a practice grows . Your Role You'll be the medical leader of the hospital while still doing what you love—practicing veterinary medicine. You'll work closely with the Hospital Manager to support the team, mentor and develop staff, maintain high medical standards, and help the hospital continue to grow. You'll also have the opportunity to support new graduates, strengthen relationships within the community, and help shape the future of the practice.
