Dos Hermanos – Polaris Fashion Place | Columbus, OH Full-Time | Hourly Leadership Position | $18-20/hr + tips Dos Hermanos is looking for a hands‑on Store Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Polaris Fashion Place location. This role is a step above a traditional Shift Leader. You'll be the primary leader in the store, responsible for keeping the team organized, maintaining our standards, and making sure the location is ready to serve great food and great experiences every day. At the same time, this isn't a desk job. Our Store Leader works alongside the team-serving guests, preparing food, stocking, cleaning, coaching, and jumping in wherever needed. What You'll Own Lead the day-to-day operation of the Polaris location Set expectations and provide direction to team members Maintain appropriate staffing and deployment throughout the day Train, coach, and develop team members Ensure excellent food quality, portioning, speed, and presentation Maintain food-safety, cleanliness, and organization standards Oversee opening and closing procedures Handle guest concerns and make decisions in the moment Maintain cash-handling and operational controls Monitor product levels and support inventory and ordering Help control food waste and labor Ensure checklists and daily operating procedures are completed Communicate staffing, maintenance, product, and operational needs to management Take ownership when something isn't right-and help get it fixed Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated that they can do more than simply work a station. You should be dependable, organized, comfortable leading others, and willing to hold people accountable while still being part of the team. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but we're also open to a strong restaurant team member or Shift Leader who's ready to take the next step.
