Customer Service Representative I

Customer Service Representative Manage and resolve customer issues Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers Checks and analyzes pricing discrepancy, plant capacity for ATP, credit status and coordinates with customer, sales representative and materials department to ensure correct order. Updates existing orders in case of changes and coordinates with other parties involved. Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems Coordinates and communicates with multiple departments to expedite and deliver critical and past due orders. Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery Provides shipment confirmation, generates shipment list and open order report. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Strong communication skills Strong computer skills Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Legal Authorization to work in the United States Sponsorship will not be provided for this role Preferred Education, Experience: Oracle experience Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment Copeland
