Travel Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapist Location: Fair Lawn, New Jersey, United States Estimated Pay Rate $58.80 – $68.60 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract rehabilitation assignment. The PT will evaluate, design, and implement treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, function, and independence. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength Monitor, document, and adjust patient progress Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and recovery goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assignment Details Start Date: 06/15/2026 End Date: 09/14/2026 Shift: Day Shift Shift Time: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM Schedule: Monday Friday Contract Length: ~13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week Requirements Active Physical Therapist license (state required) Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program CPR/BLS certification preferred Experience in rehab, SNF, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and documentation abilitiesValid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times Compliance with onboarding and health requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
