Applications Engineer

**CNC Applications Engineer – Princeton, IL**Performs in-process inspections to assure products will meet requirements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gagesDetermines proper tooling and fixturing requirements of machining operations, including tooling speed and feed rates. Monitors and adjusts feeds and speeds as necessaryPerform other duties as required5+ years’ experience in setting up, programming and operating Fanuc controlled CNC machining centers in a precision manufacturing environment Experience with Fanuc Controls, G and M code to develop programs for Mori-Seiki, Haas, OKK, DN Solutions, and Takamaz equipment or similar equipmentExperience with operating all forms of inspection equipmentKnowledge of CAD/CAM software and it’s applicationAbility to read, interpret and utilize blue prints Basic math skills to include four functions, fractions and decimals, as well as ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry and trigonometryAbility to work both independently and with teams You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The expected Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000.
