About the Role:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in property services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the property services industry.
