Physician Assistant- Colorectal Surgery

Description The Physician Assistant (PA) functions in an interdependent role under a delegation agreement, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of treatment. Responsibilities include performing health histories, physical examinations, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating care, providing patient and family education, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, and ensuring continuity of care through appropriate referrals and documentation, as well as other duties as assigned. Salary range: $83.46- $112.31/hour Qualifications BLS Certification from AHA or ARC-required California Physician Assistant License-required National Board Certification-required Master\'s Degree as a Physician Assistant-required NPI, DEA, PECOS, and CURES enrollment Previous Physician Assistant experience required; colorectal surgery or other relevant surgical specialty experience preferred Ability to utilize Excel, Word and other software programs-required Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel-required Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction-required Ability to set priorities-required Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence-required Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner-required #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Jobs
