Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensures patient safety and promotes health and well-being through skilled assessments and interventions. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans. Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans. Educate residents and families on health management and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Adhere to facility and regulatory policies, including proper identification and safety protocols. Qualifications: Valid state nursing license (RN). Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar long-term care settings. Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability under pressure. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to bring a valid ID and comply with vaccination requirements or hold applicable exemptions.
