Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policy and the personalized physical therapy care plan
• Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly
• Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice
• Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment
• Successfully complete all required orientations, in-services, and training in a timely manner
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional license in the state of practice
• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited program. If trained abroad, the program must be recognized as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education for Physical Therapists by a credential evaluation organization approved by the APTA
