Ferguson is currently seeking (1st) Shift Warehouse Associates for our (100 Empire Blvd, Brookshire TX 77423) distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule:

Shift Schedule: Monday –Friday , 9 :00 AM to 5:30 PM start time , depending on job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours asneededbasedon business demands

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping,orreceivingexperience preferred

• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work ina warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. , standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)

• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners

• Regular and reliable attendance and abilitytoworkinafast-paced environment

• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations

• Perform dailytasks using RF scanners, and/or labor management systems

• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity

• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas

• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts

• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required

• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management

• Complywith all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Performotherduties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $28.88

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
