• 24-hour shifts -- 8 am to 8 am
• Emergency call: 3 - 5 times per shift
• Physical presence required 2 - 3 times per shift
• Must arrive at hospital within 30 minutes of call
• Surgical procedures required
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
