Housing Stability Case Navigator
Catholic Charites Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston
Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking a Case Navigator to assist at-risk individuals and families in stabilizing housing. You will assess needs, coordinate supportive services, and guide clients through housing resources with empathy and advocacy.
