Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

RN – PCU

Schedule: Night 12x3

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sized facility
• Experience with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• Proficient in EPIC EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit with a focus on cardiac populations.
• Monitor and manage care for patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and other cardiac issues.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, including cardiac drips.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to telemetry beds as needed, providing care to lower acuity patients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
