Depending on current client needs, there may be opportunities to add afternoon, evening, overnight, or weekend assignments to your regular schedule.Additional assignments may have different locations, responsibilities, schedules, and rates of pay.Urgent Coverage and Increased Pay RatesWe frequently need dependable caregivers who are willing to assist when an urgent client shift needs coverage.Certain urgent or difficult-to-fill shifts may be offered at increased rates, commonly ranging from $16.00–$20.00 per hour. These pay increases apply only to qualifying shifts when specifically offered. They are separate from this Lewisville client's regular $15.00 per hour rate and are not guaranteed for all assignments.What You'll Do During Your ShiftAs an in-home caregiver, you will assist the client with the services identified in their individual care plan. Depending on the client's needs, your work may include:Personal care and assistance with daily routinesBathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistanceMobility and transfer supportCompanionship and supervisionMeal and snack preparationMedication remindersLight housekeeping related to the client's careAssistance with authorized errands or transportationMaintaining a safe and comfortable home environmentObserving and reporting changes or concernsCompleting required documentation for each shiftCaregivers are expected to follow the client's established plan of care and agency policies throughout each assignment.Who We're HiringDependability and consistency are important for this client. Applicants should:Be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PMHave dependable transportation to LewisvilleHave a valid driver's licenseBe punctual and maintain reliable attendanceBe comfortable providing care in a client's private residenceCommunicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staffFollow written care instructions and company proceduresComplete required onboarding and trainingPrevious caregiving experience is preferred.
