The Territory Account Manager is directly responsible for stimulating the One-nVent sales growth in the Netherlands, representing brands such as CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX, and HOFFMAN, with a strong focus on installation companies.

This position is based on a home office, where approximately 7080% of the time is spent on customer visits within the assigned geographical area (limited overnight stays required), including: Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Flevoland, Utrecht, Gelderland, North Holland, and South Holland. Main responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets by executing the sales plan, in line with the regional and territorial strategy
• Building and coordinating relationships between targeted end-users and nVent
• Maintaining and growing existing customers by:
• Building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
• Creating new opportunities
• Introducing new products
• Conducting regular customer reviews
• Creating demand for products among existing and new customers by effectively presenting our value propositions to electrical and HVAC installers
• Identifying and assessing potential new customers based on market knowledge and expertise
• Collaborating with the broader sales team to determine penetration strategies based on customer segmentation

You possess:

• An educational background in electromechanics or electrical engineering (bachelor or equivalent)
• Preferably 3+ years of sales experience with technical products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a dynamic, self-managing team environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent, measurable results
• The ability to work within defined processes and propose improvements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels, both internally and externally
• A proactive, energetic, and motivated attitude
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work from a home office
• Possession of a driver's license B
• Fluency in English and Dutch
