As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cedar Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate RN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress

Qualifications
Current License in Florida
CPR
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
