HR Manager – Manufacturing

(Ideal for candidates in Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Pacoima, Sylmar, or San Fernando.)

We're conducting a search for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company in the building materials industry. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting approximately 300 employees across manufacturing and corporate operations.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a family-owned business environment - someone who understands the balance of driving HR initiatives while building trusted relationships with ownership, leaders, and employees. The ideal candidate is practical, approachable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices

• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting, and HR operations

• Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership in a family-owned business

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
