Full relocation packageResponsibilitiesDevelop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.QualificationsBachelor of Science Engineering Degree8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projectsAbility to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.Continuous Improvement experience required.Why is This a Great OpportunityGreat Company, excellent opportunity for growth, generous benefits
