Learn more at SummaryThe Manager, Digital Transformation is accountable for owning, evolving, and realizing value from sector and enterprise digital platforms and capabilities that enable MedTech R&D. This role combines product ownership, platform stewardship, ecosystem leadership, and innovation enablement to ensure digital investments remain scalable, sustainable, and valuable over time.Managers are responsible for the full lifecycle of digital platforms—including Product Lifecycle Management, Risk & Requirements, and adjacent R&D capabilities—while adapting to changes in business scale, operating models, and technology. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
