Restorative Health Care is seeking an LVN or RN to provide one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric patient during school hours in San Antonio.

This is a low-acuity school case scheduled to begin in September, and we are actively recruiting to ensure staffing is in place before the start of the school year.

Position Details:

Location: San Antonio, TX (78223)

Patient Type: Pediatric (School Case)

Acuity Level: Low Acuity

License Required: LVN or RN

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Start Date: September

Qualifications:

Active Texas LVN or RN license

Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Reliable transportation

✅RN: Up to $34 - $40/hr (Varies on Acuity Level & Experience)

✅LVN: Up to $23 - $28/hr (Varies on Acuity Level & Experience)
