Receptionist Position

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Crown Point, IN Office. The Receptionist for a construction office provides customer service and support to the team, as well as customers, guests, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Pick up, open and distribute mail including sending of overnight packages from front desk
Receive overnight packages/general deliveries and distribute to correct person
Answer all incoming calls for busy regional office transferring to correct people/departments, etc.
Light data entry
Accounts payable duties
Greet customers/clients
Order office supplies
Organize/keep clean common areas of the office including kitchenette/office supply room/conference rooms
Oversee building maintenance calls/complaints with leasing agent

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience in an office setting
Proficient with MS Office Programs
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with filing systems
Experience with data entry
Self-motivated
This position is 100% onsite 5 days per week
