Requirements to Apply Master’s degree in Nursing required Active, unencumbered RN license required Active CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross At least 1 year of RN clinical experience required; 2+ years preferred Previous teaching/training experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Overview Teach nursing courses, engage students through effective instruction, support curriculum development, and mentor future nurses toward academic and professional success.
