Customer Service Representative

Essential duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Work Hours are Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri from 8am to 4pm, Thurs from 8am to 5pm, Sat rotation 8am to 12pmDeliver exceptional customer service to all current and potential customers of the BankWork closely with customers handling personal transactions including deposits, cashing checks, exchanging currency, issuing cashier checks & travel money cardsMaintain and balance cash in drawer on a daily basisResolve and respond to customer issues and refer to other departments as necessaryEnsure compliance with all bank regulatory policies and proceduresPerform other relating functions such as scanning and verifyingMay be assigned other job-related duties as neededPrevious teller/cashier experience a plusExcellent customer service skillsMaintain confidentialityStrong work ethic and high integrityBasic computer skills and ability to learn bank programs and balance teller cash drawerAbility to communicate verbally and in writingAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesMust have obtain either high school diploma or GED #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
