Head Coach
STRIDE Fitness
Head Coach
Lead from the front and set the tone for everything. STRIDE Fitness is opening soon in Southampton, PA, and we are looking for an elite Head Coach to build and lead a high-performance coaching team from day one. This is your opportunity to shape the coaching culture, deliver an unmatched member experience, and play a key role in launching a studio that will define fitness in the local community.
STRIDE Fitness is a powerful fusion of treadmill cardio and full-body strength training. Led by elite coaches, fueled by high-energy music, and set in a vibrant atmosphere. Every class is designed to push all fitness levels, deliver the burn you'll brag about, and finish with intentional recovery so your body stays ready for the next challenge.
In this role, you are more than a coach. You are the standard. You will lead classes, develop your team, and ensure every member walks out feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.
Deliver high-energy, results-driven group fitness classes aligned with brand standards, typically 6 to 8 classes per week
Create an exceptional member experience through encouragement, constructive feedback, and personalized coaching
Regularly evaluate coaching quality and provide feedback to enhance performance and engagement
Provide mentorship, guidance, and quarterly performance reviews for coaches
Oversee studio operations related to equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and logistics
Create and manage class schedules to ensure optimal staffing and utilization
Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including warm-ups, injury prevention, and emergency procedures
Maximize class attendance and retention through strong coaching and consistent follow-up
Build relationships with members to support long-term retention and satisfaction
Monitor member participation and proactively engage members with low utilization
Track and report weekly and monthly coaching and studio utilization KPIs to Ownership and Corporate by the first of each month
This is your chance to build a coaching team, create a culture, and make a lasting impact from the very beginning. If you are ready to lead, inspire, and elevate every class, STRIDE Fitness Southampton is where it starts.
