Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, commission-only roleperfect for self-starters who are ready to learn, serve, and earn. No prior experience in insurance or sales is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through warm leads
- Educate families on insurance options based on their needs
- Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through the application process
- Maintain communication and follow-up with clients and prospects
- Use CRM tools to manage activity and track progress
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
