Requirements:
Minimum One Year High Volume Hotel Banquet Service

A banquet server's primary responsibility is to to take orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to the private dinning and banquet guests. A banquet server will have to maintain and restock buffets and other preordered setting. A friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the establishment.

Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
2. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
3. Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
