Providence is calling for Accounts Receivable Representative - Billing Follow up - Full time, Day, Hybrid (Portland, OR)This position is responsible for the timely and accurate billing and follow-up of payments from insurance carriers, agencies and others for equipment and services provided by Providence Home and Community Care Home Medical Equipment. This position will include but not limited to A/R Representative duties such as HME billing, claim edits and rejections, denials, appeals, and communication with customers and insurance companies.Required Qualifications:2 years recent experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment with an emphasis on insurance billing and follow-up.Experience with insurance contracts and/or Medicare/Medicaid Regulations.Preferred Qualifications:Coursework/Training: College level courses in medical billing.TIMs Experience (remove epic experience)Experience with HME/DME billing and follow-upSalary Range by Location:Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $21.16, Max: $32.37Why Join Providence?
