Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

$38–$44/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Williamsville Suburban Care Center. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys helping residents regain essential skills, improve daily function, and achieve greater independence through individualized therapy.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress
• Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence
• Modify treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support continued progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active New York Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
