Pay Rate: $21-$25/hour + $250 auto-allowance monthly + (Approx. $1,050/monthly rent value)
Housing: 2-bedroom unit options available

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-time On-Site Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Long Beach, CA .

This role includes a rent discount , giving you the opportunity to live on-site in either a 2 bedroom unit , making this a strong value position for someone looking to combine work and housing.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with residents, vendors, and team members
• Ensure community cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall property standards
• Complete daily work orders and assist with unit turns
• Perform general maintenance, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Appliance repair
  • Basic HVAC
• Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds
• Identify and report maintenance issues proactively
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Support the Community Manager and team with maintenance-related needs

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience
• Experience in: Electrical, Plumbing, Plumbing, Carpentry/woodwork, Tile work & Water line installation
• Minimal computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+
• Must have:
  • Basic hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Trade certifications are a plus
