Position Summary

The Concessions Crew Member is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
• Complete orders from steam tables and placing food on plates to serve.
• Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
• Perform food preparation tasks such as scooping and serving, and wrapping burgers.
• Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas.
• Performing opening and closing duties to ensure cleanliness, safety and security of Joint
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Ability to handle stress under pressure and in fast-paced situations. Work well with others and collaborate as a member of a team. Basic math and calculation skills. Positive attitude. Ability to handle standing for long periods of time. Reliable transportation to and from event venues. Current certifications as required by state and local laws. Understanding of food safety and sanitation rules.
