Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program using a proven, client-centered process
• Build long-term client relationships and support retention
• Provide a professional, welcoming experience at check-in and check-out
• Process payments and appointments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients, therapists, and managers
• Support internal and external marketing and promotional efforts
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards
• Manage and follow up with leads to generate appointments and membership opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior in-person sales experience required (membership or service-based sales preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presence
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and support clients with professionalism
• Customer service experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plus
• Comfortable with technology; MindBody experience helpful
• Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends
• Values integrity, teamwork, accountability, and high-quality client care
