Interim Med Surg /ICU Director

Reid & Associates is seeking an Interim Medical Surgical / ICU Director at a hospital nestled in a beautiful resort town in the Southwest United States. The Role:

• Oversee daily operations of Medical Surgical and ICU departments
• Report directly to senior nursing leadership
• Lead frontline nursing teams through a period of change and transition
• Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, and staff development
• Collaborate with physicians, directors, and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license (compact state accepted)
• 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Director or Manager-level experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU
• BLS and ACLS required
• BSN required; MSN preferred
