Matt Bowers Chevrolet is loading the shop and needs A, B, C Level Techs and MASTER TECHNICIANS who are ready to step into a high-volume GM store where the work is there, the support is real, and the pay is at the TOP of the market.

$30 $60+ PER HOUR + UNCAPPED FLAG HOURS

Entry-level experienced techs start well above Northshore averages

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair GM vehicles fast and right the first time
Handle advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, CAN systems, ADAS basics)
Perform inspections and full system evaluations
Execute maintenance: brakes, fluids, alignments, tune-ups
Own your jobs from write-up to final road test
Keep comebacks low and productivity high
Document clean, accurate repair orders

WHAT WE EXPECT

Minimum 4+ years dealership or high-level independent experience REQUIRED
GM experience preferred not required if you can produce
ASE certifications a plus (we help you level up)
Strong diagnostic ability with modern scan tools
Must have your own tools
Flat-rate mindset you are here to turn hours and make money
Reliable, accountable, no excuses
