Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health
Location: Peoria, AZ and surrounding areas
Compensation: Per Visit | Earn up to $105,300 annually based on productivity
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

You will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping patients improve communication, cognitive skills, swallowing function, and confidence in daily living.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home speech therapy evaluations and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on communication techniques and home exercises
- Document visits using WellSky Kinnser EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CFY candidates welcome to apply
- CPR certification (AHA) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and time management
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
- Strong communication and a patient-first approach
- Flexible, independent schedule
