ENTRY LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in administration while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and organizational support to multiple departments, helping ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with a variety of administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Greet visitors and assist customers as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with order processing, and general office paperwork.
• Support team members with special projects and administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
