  • Salary: Competitive compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000, along with an annual performance bonus and regular salary increments.
  • Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid leave annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and a potential 5-day paid absence for continuing medical education (CME).
  • Retirement Benefits: Traditional federal pension with a 5-year vesting period and a federal 401K plan with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.

  • Malpractice Coverage: Liability protection provided, including tail coverage.
  • Contractual Flexibility: No physician employment contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting.
