Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve cost accounting processes and procedures
• Analyze product costs, margins, variances, and operational performance
• Support inventory costing, reporting, and financial analysis
• Prepare cost reports and provide insights to management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong understanding of inventory, costing methodologies, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with teams across the organization
