The Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate helps maintain inventory accuracy and supports smooth customer experience through order processing, stockroom organization, and curbside delivery. As a Back of House colleague, you will play a key role in supporting store operations, including receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, monitoring Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) alerts, and delivering curbside pickups. You will also greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure a customer‑focused service at all times. Responsibilities Begin each day energized, greet teammates, review daily goals, and prepare the store for success. Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom to keep the store running efficiently. Focus on the customer by greeting shoppers warmly, listening, resolving issues, and facilitating curbside pickups. Maintain a shoppable space by updating signs, pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities. Continuously improve daily performance, meet sales goals, and learn from team interactions to deliver results. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Meeting daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Requires clear vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, to process register transactions.
