Title Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job Description NOW HIRING: Talent Acquisition Sourcer Compensation: $28.00-$32.00 per hour This role will be on-site in our Sacramento or Detroit Offices! SBM's Talent Acquisition team is growing-We're seeking strong sourcers and hunters to find qualified candidates across a variety of job boards and markets. This role will partner closely with Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development and champion a business understanding of complex and multi-operational client portfolios. What You'll Do Partner directly with Talent Acquisition Specialists on recruiting profiles and evolving team needs. Own the Corporate/Operations sourcing strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries/profiles. Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication. Own candidate experience via outreach and brand representation through communication. Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring. Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support hiring needs across the organization. This role partners closely with recruiters to understand talent requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and proactively identify top talent through various recruiting platforms, networks, and research methods. The Sourcer manages candidate outreach, maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinates interview scheduling, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position plays a key role in strengthening talent pipelines and supporting the successful recruitment of high-quality candidates. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Partner with recruiters to understand open positions and target candidate profiles Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruiting platforms Research companies, industries, schools, and talent pools to identify potential candidates Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Conduct outbound candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels Create engaging and personalized outreach messages Track candidate activity and communication in the ATS Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters Manage interview calendars and ensure candidates have a smooth scheduling experience Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with candidates throughout the scheduling process Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles Work closely with recruiters to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines Other duties as assigned. Relevant recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related experience may be substituted for formal education. 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
