Remote Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Attorney in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time position offers a flexible work environment, allowing remote or hybrid arrangements, except for court-mandated appearances. The role involves representing clients in diverse legal matters, providing a unique opportunity for motivated attorneys to expand their practice. Duties Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery. Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences. Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations. Draft discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda. Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports. Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims. Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and advice. Requirements Must be barred in NJ. Familiarity with NJ law and procedure required. Previous experience in civil litigation preferred. Experience drafting discovery and arguing motions preferred. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
