Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, be licensed (or eligible for admission) in Alabama, and be comfortable independently managing litigation matters from inception through resolution. Job Description Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a supportive team culture. Deliver exceptional client service while balancing multiple active matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active Alabama Bar license or ability to obtain admission. 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience independently handling cases from start to finish. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Courtroom, mediation, and negotiation experience. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Prior law firm, in-house, or solo practice experience considered.
