Impact & Responsibilities Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive institutional therapy adoption of the cryo nerve block procedure. Support during surgical procedures where company pain management devices are utilized. Train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices. Guide and support physicians during live surgical procedures, and assist with utilization and/or operation of company technology. Follow up with surgeon and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience. B2B or outside sales experience highly desired. Experience working in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred, but not required. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels. Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory. Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus/commission. Salary is within the range of $70,000 - $125,000 USD, determined based on experience, education, and skills.
