Project Manager-Commercial ConstructionCommercial General Contractor | Confidential EmployerLocation: South FloridaSalary: $115,000–$140,000 Base + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the OpportunityA respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from award through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecastsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsNegotiate and administer subcontract agreementsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project costs, productivity, and profitabilityPartner with Superintendents to ensure successful field executionLead project meetings and maintain clear client communicationIdentify project risks and develop proactive solutionsEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirementsQualifications5–10+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General ContractorExperience managing commercial construction projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controlExperience with commercial renovations, institutional, healthcare, higher education, or ground-up construction preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & Benefits$115,000–$140,000 Base SalaryPerformance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid vacation and holidaysLong-term career growthStable pipeline of commercial projectsCollaborative, employee-focused cultureApplyIf you're an experienced Project Manager looking to join a well-established commercial contractor with an outstanding reputation, we'd like to hear from you.All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
