Junior Construction Estimator

Job Overview My client is a national Construction Management firm seeking a Junior Construction Estimator. The role will involve supporting interior fit‑out and multi‑family estimating projects and providing training for larger scale ground‑up construction. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate assigned construction projects, including interior, new construction ground‑up and other construction projects as needed. Maintain strong working relationships with project owners, owners’ tenants, and all professional groups involved. Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and other administrative aspects required for strong project management execution. Assist in meeting quality, client satisfaction, and profitability goals for each project. Qualifications Junior or mid‑level estimator experience, preferably in interior fit‑out or multi‑family projects. Willingness to learn and handle larger, complex construction projects.
