The company expects additional long-term work opportunities in the Western Region. All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. From concept to completion, projects are guided through feasibility studies, permitting, design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring technical precision and real‑world functionality. Schedule Requirements: These positions are expected to work a schedule of six 10‑hour shifts per week (6/10 schedule). Based on project demands and operational needs, employees may also be assigned to a swing shift schedule. Roles and Responsibilities Carpenter: The carpenter's primary responsibilities include fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects. Laborer: The laborer's responsibilities include performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities. Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus. This role also includes assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing additional duties. Operator: The operator's function is to safely operate types of equipment, such as excavators, skid‑steer loaders, and forklifts. The operator must have good operational skills to produce high‑volume quality work in a safety‑conscious environment. The operator must work with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high‑volume, time‑sensitive conditions. Pay Range $36.90 - $50.74 (DOE) base wage, Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
