SEASONAL THRIFT STORE TEAM MEMBER (JUNE - SEPTEMBER) LOOKING FOR A SUMMER JOB WITH CONSISTENT HOURS AND SUNDAYS OFF? One Vision Thrift Solutions is seeking energetic and dependable Seasonal Team Members to join our team at the One Vision Thrift Store in Waterloo from June through September . This is a part-time seasonal position averaging 16-20 hours per week . Our One Vision Thrift Stores play an important role in supporting this mission by generating funding for services that make a difference in the lives of those we serve. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Accept and sort donations from the public Process, price, and prepare merchandise for sale Assist with product flow and inventory management Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions Provide excellent customer service Stock merchandise on the sales floor Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment QUALIFICATIONS Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Cash handling experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and reliable transportation SCHEDULE Seasonal Team Members are expected to be available during store operating hours: Monday - Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Part-time schedule averaging 16-20 hours per week Must be available to work Saturdays Closed Sundays and major holidays Seasonal employment runs approximately June through September JOIN OUR TEAM If you're looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity where your work directly supports individuals with disabilities and strengthens your community, we'd love to hear from you.
