Position Summary The HR Generalist plays a critical role in delivering high quality, people-centric HR support across Baysora and its operating companies (OpCos). This role partners with leaders and employees to execute core HR programs, support employee relations, strengthen compliance practices, and improve HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, building scalable processes, and supporting multiple teams and leaders with professionalism, discretion, and great follow-through What’s in it for you u:Flexible work environment (Hybri d)Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits packa ge401(k) with employer mat chUnlimited P TOA supportive culture to allow you to live a fulfilling, happy, and impactful li Key Responsibilities es:Serve as a HR point of contact for employee questions, policy guidance, and general HR supp ortSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, checklists, system updates, and follow -upPartner with OpCos to keep accurate employee records and ensure consistente ncyPartner with managers on performance management processes, including corrective action, feedback, and development pl ansProvide guidance on policy interpretation and consistent application across Op CosSupport end-to-end payroll processing on a scheduled cadence for assigned OpCos, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complia nceProvide benefits support to employees (enrollment, changes, eligibility, and basic plan educati on)Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA accommodations support, personal leaves, and state/provincial leave guidance as applicab le)Ensure HR practices align with federal/state employment laws and applicable regional requirements across Op CosMaintain and improve HR processes, SOPs, templates, and workflows for scaling across multiple compan iesAssist in developing, updating, and rolling out employee handbook policies and HR standa rdsSupport OpCo employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal eve Required Skills lls:3+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, HR Coordinator, or simi lar)Strong working knowledge of HR fundamentals: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations basics, benefits support, HR compliance, and HR documenta tionHigh attention to detail with strong organization and follow-thr oughExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, calm, and employee-friendly appr oachAbility to manage multiple priorities across different teams and O Preferred Skills ills:Experience supporting multi-location teams or organizations with multiple business unitsHRIS exper ienceExperience supporting payroll processing in an HRIS or payroll s ystemExperience in professional services environments (tax, accounting, consulting, legal, tions:This position may require occasional travel to OpCo locations for onboarding, integration support, or team e vents.Flexibility is important.
