Lotus Gardenscapes is seeking a creative, motivated, and skilled  Carpenter to help build custom outdoor spaces. Working alongside our Production Manager and broader design/build team, you will construct high-quality exterior features such as decks, fences, pergolas, and other custom woodwork.

What You’ll Do

• Build and install custom decks, fences, pergolas, and other exterior structures
• Perform rough framing, finish carpentry, and detail work
• Install wood and composite decking materials
• Read project plans, confirm measurements, and follow design specifications
• Safely and effectively operate carpentry tools and equipment
• Collaborate with the Production Manager, designers, and other team members
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients at residential job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas (vehicles)
• Help ensure projects meet Lotus Gardenscapes’ standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Determine and request hardware and materials required for jobs.
• Report any damage, malfunction, irregularities and/or potential hazards on job sites, grounds, equipment, vehicles or supplies to supervisor.
• Operate motor vehicles.
• Perform related Departmental duties as required.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of full-time carpentry experience
• Exterior or landscape construction experience strongly preferred, including decks, fences, and pergolas
• Proficiency in rough framing and finish carpentry
• Experience installing composite decking
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with clients
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass required drug testing
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with outdoor carpentry work
