Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator Atlanta, GA (Onsite) $65,000-$85,000 + 10% Bonus Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys owning the entire flow of materials from receiving through shipment? A rapidly growing manufacturing operation supporting large-scale data center construction projects is seeking a Supply Chain Receiving & Shipping Coordinator to play a critical role in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and ERP execution. What You'll Do Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities Receive, inspect, and process materials and equipment Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system Support production planning and material flow activities Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners Generate shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing slips Assist with warehouse organization, staging, and material movement Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to keep projects on schedule Help support implementation and optimization of a new ERP platform What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems Strong inventory control and transaction management experience Understanding of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics processes Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environments Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats Forklift experience is a plus Preferred Backgrounds We are especially interested in candidates with experience as: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Inventory Control Specialist Warehouse Supervisor Materials Coordinator Supply Chain Coordinator Warehouse Operations Lead Inventory Analyst Why Join? 10% annual bonus opportunity Medical and dental coverage for employees and dependents High-growth manufacturing environment Opportunity to build processes and systems from the ground up Exposure to ERP implementation and operational leadership Career growth as the company expands nationwide Apply today if you have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, logistics coordination, ERP systems, and manufacturing environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
