Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health | Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join a leading mental health facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, perform assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients throughout their behavioral health journey.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health experience
• Pediatric Behavioral Health experience required

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
• May function as Charge Nurse and provide staff guidance

Additional Information:

• 40 hours/week with potential opportunity for extra shifts
• Behavioral Health / Psychiatric setting
• Opportunities to work up to 48 hours based on facility needs
